The Winter Forest Walk
Stretch your legs this winter and join us as we explore the Wombat State Forest in this mystical season. Our Winter Forest Walk takes you into the depths of the Wombat Forest, just a ten minute drive from the Daylesford township. Explore the forest in a small group as we guide you on a meandering 5km hike through dense wintery woodland on the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Breathe in the crisp cold air and discover a forest filled with wildflowers, winter fungi, moss and birdsong.
