Enjoy a half-day program designed to offer you an introduction of mindfulness whilst also guiding you on a hiking adventure through the Wombat State Forest. Experience the forest like never before with guided mindfulness meditations and nature-connection activities along the way. This hike explores a variety of beautiful forest landscapes and includes a light picnic and take home mindfulness booklet. |
Our Mindfulness Forest Tour is a relaxing 3.8km hike through the beautiful Wombat Forest where you will be guided through mindful activities designed to relax and inspire you. Connect more deeply to the natural environment as you use your senses to learn and practice mindfulness in the forest. Includes a light forest picnic at the end. |
Our evening walks around Lake Daylesford are designed for those looking for a shorter, more casual mindfulness experience. With an easy walking track and serene scenes of the lake, this evening walk is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The walk finishes with a herbal tea at sunset overlooking the lake. |
Judy is a trained and accredited meditation teacher with extensive experience in outdoor adventures and hiking. She knows the Wombat Forest intimately and loves to share her passion for mindfulness and nature exploration with others. A full bio can be found on the about us page.
Our tour guides are fully trained in first aid and always carry an outdoors first-aid kit and emergency satellite beacon on all tours. |

Mindfulness is pretty easy and can be enjoyed by people from all walks of life, however this tour might not be suitable for everyone. Please take into consideration the following:

Good walking shoes.
It may be wet and muddy in places depending on the season. Wear study enclosed footwear appropriate for bush walking. |
Weather appropriate clothing.
Daylesford can be cold! For your comfort while we are meditating please bring warm layers as well as a hat and sunscreen. Please wear clothing suitable for outdoor play! |

Water bottle, backpack & sense of exploration. Please leave valuables at home as the carpark is a secluded forest site. |
