Day 3 & 4
Exploring Focal points (info)
Meditation: Body Scan
Activity: Mindful raisin 

Day 5 &6
Mindfulness Mindsets (softness, curiosity etc)
Activity: Curiosity walk
Meditation: Breath meditation - softness (little bit of body)

Day 7
Meditation: Self-guided sounds
Activity: Mindful cleaning/dishes
Activity: 
Curiosity walk

Day 8 & 9
Meditation: Self-guided Gazing
Activity: Nature 
journaling
Activity: Curiosity walk

Day 9 & 10
Meditation/Activity: Self-guided Mindful wander (movement)
Meditation: Breath -> Open awareness

Day 11 & 12
Ninja Skills - Emotional Resilience
Mindful check ins - what am I feeling, what am i wanting, what am i needing


Day 13 & 14
Creating your own practice
2 minute silent meditation x 2 days
5 minute silent meditation x 4 days
10 minute silent meditation x 1 day+ +onwards
